They said yesterday that today they would be at 12:00 UTC, we are still in the same conditions, can someone give us an answer when they will be available? Good presentation of the game.

Will you check their twitter! They are posting updates on there. Admittedly they should also be doing it on the forums to, but thats another issue. This is the latest, posted between 1 and 2 hrs ago:-
We're finishing to fix the database issues caused by the amount of simultaneous connections,and we're making sure that all character data have been retrieved. We will most likely need a bit more time before we can bring back the servers online and we will give you an ETA asap.
