I am not sure if the devs are just busy atm or the contact form is simply not working. I did not receive an automated confirmation or any kind of response from support for 2 weeks.

Considering that my ticket is about not being able to play the game I payed for in advance at all, I would really like to know what's going on.
Maybe your team gets so many angry requests that the polite ones have to wait, but after a whole month, I starting to wonder if my issue will be solved at all...
