i was unable to verify email adresses from hotmail.de and web.de, as i did not receive a verification email.
i then went via gmail.com, which was obviously possible.
is the hotmail.de or web.de blocking intentional or unwanted?

i would totally understand intentional, be it either to keep out national email adresses or to keep out small/unreliable email providers.

but i'd like to know.
