Friend can't post on the forum

my friend can't post on the forum, even he connected his profile with steam account and yesterday he posted on the forum without a problem

Yep he has a Wolcen bought and activated on his steam, it's on the screens i attached.

He made no changes in his forum profile, and two days ago he could post on the forum, now he can't. A few people also confirmed they have similar issue, so it seems to be a steam problem or forum problem. Strange it only don't work to several people.
