As title says, 1 "person" has spammed bug reports with offensive threads. If there are truly any mods out there reading, these needs to be deleted

Agree, it was really annoying to see how easily someone can spam a complete forum thread. Why not go with any established forum system instead of writing an own? At least it seems like someone just tailored this one up.

I am surprised there is not one already actually. It is also confusing how someone would get in touch with them to apply for it if they want to do it for free.
