In 2015 I purchased the sorcerer preorder however, that reward doesn't seem to appear in my unlocked badges. Am I missing something? Is there something else that has to be done to unlock it? Thanks in advance.

We're investigating the issue, thank you for letting us know. Once this is resolved your badges will be automatically updated, so there is nothing to do on your side :)
