Clicking the "Personalize" button on the cookie popup brings up a "Cookies management panel", but everything on that dialogue window is unresponsive, mostly greyed out. Even the 'close' button does nothing.

I have tried this on two different Win10 computers, on Firefox, Edge, and Vivaldi.
