Still missing kickstarter key

No contact via this website, discord, and quite a few people who need their keys from the kickstarter campaign have posted in this forum. Any information at all would be great, this radio silence stinks.

1000% agree. Still havent received my keys. This should have been taken care of weeks before launch, and its pretty terrible to not take care of your investors, especially since some funded back as early as...2013 I think.

Duke backer here, I would also love to know why the extra digital keys promised to the backers have not yet been given out.

Whats even worse is the silence, I've sent multiple emails though the website and comments on kickstarter over the last 3 months with not one reply....

If not giving out the extra keys is an attempt to control the online population while issues get sorted, that's one thing, but this business of saying absolutely nothing about it reeks. Y'all need to put some kind of something together to let us know where the product is that we paid for, now that release has come and gone. Website 'Contact' apparently doesn't work, forums go unanswered, found an email in an 8-month-old post saying somebody at the other end would take care of it - nothing. Silliness.

I cant even get my initial key, let alone my extra key. There was also some note somewhere saying "contact this person on discord to get your key" but they have PMs blocked now. If anyone knows how i can just get my original key, let me know.

EDIT : I finally received the key today (25/02/2020). Thank you. :)

Same issue here: I backed the game on Kickstarter back in 2015 at the Wizard level, didn't receive any key except for the digital soundtrack. But I can't even activate that key since Steam needs me to own the game, which I don't since I never received any Steam key.

I sent an e-mail to [email protected] a week ago, and I'm still waiting for an answer. I also tried to ask on Twitter and on the Steam forums, there is still no answer.

It really reflects badly on the team, when a simple comment or announcement on Kickstarter such as "We've identified the issue, we are looking into it. No ETA on the fix but we will keep you updated shortly" would be better than the simple silence that lead some people to report the project.
