I have sent several support messages regarding not getting the extra keys via the webform after the annoncement was made on the 8th via Kickstarter, and am yet to hear a response. It has been weeks. I don't even know if support has looked at or received my support messages, as no verification email is ever sent to me to confirm that my support request was received.
Is there any other way to get in touch with support?
