To make this situation not so unpleasant you could give 2 uniques on choice + a set (2 weapons and all armor) of yellow-yellow (rare-superior) or red-red (legendary exeptional) items with blue mods (affixes) on choice to everyone after lvl 20. So for example I chose a mage armor with all pieces containing +wisdom and +forceshield on every armor piece. And yes - by "on choice" I mean give us the opportunity to chose these blue affixes.

At least for the beta duration because I want to feel the power at least these several month before release. I want to test whether my build is woking or not. whether its strong or not so. I know I will suffer (get this feeling somebody own me by not dropping the items with affixes I need) on release of the game. So please give us "the joy" of mobs blasting from the power of our characters before release

2 reasons I am writing this:

1 - some builds that I want to try heavily depend on 1 or 2 specific uniques and keeping in mind I got 5 copies of some violet items already while still 0 others after a month of almost everyday gameplay, you wanna say I will get straight to release without testing out all of them ? Doesn't sounds good to me. Maybe make an NPC that can change 1-2-3-5 uniques for 1 specific one ? IDK the exact solution but I am sure you need to do smth about all that.
2 - IMO this still won't kill the desire for top tier loot (legendary epic) while will eliminate this repeating and not exiting already process of clearing the same very levels and monsters, getting the items you need (grind) to complete next expedition level at least for the beta duration.

I dont wanna grind in beta to be grinding again on release.
Come on - Leave the grind for release ! Give us power at beta !!
