As the title says, it would be interesting to see a set of skills that can be used regardless of weapon equipped. It will open up more skill combinations, and specifically add depth to the 2-handed weapon wielders (2h sword, bow, staff, etc).

there are armors/weapons that allow you to use some active skills not based on your your weapon type. i remember some unique sword let you use lightning skills and some yellow drops let you use railgun for example.

Signed. More skills item independet. Which make good damage with raw damage or ailment side.
