Hey there.
I've encountered a rather weird willpower behaviour when Channeling Tear of Betheliel.
Although i channeled the skill only for about ~7sec , the transfer time takes more than a minute to finish.

The Stats (sum up):
- RCR: 133% (4 pieces)
- transfer time reduction: 139% (4 sockets +1 extra roll on item)
- Willpower Regen per second 120
- Channelling cost 32 per sec; initial something around 100...

Even taking in consideration, that channeling like that is based around internal "ticks" which we cannot see in tooltips, the Ressources shouldnt behave like they do - or do I miss something in particular? Have a look at the clip i've prepared: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=2qzy_L2V9TQ

Just to consider, i didnt focus anything on spellcast speed or attack speed, which could potentially reduce the time between each individual tick. As you can see in the mid of the clip, i have only like a few percent of spellcast speed in character sheet.

So... yeah... is this a feature, is it a bug? Because i dont get the behaviour. Feel free to let me know.
