The Global cooldown reduction does not affect FoG. No matter how much CDR you stack the skill always stays at 6 seconds.
Also the Skill Cooldown is not shown on the skill description, does even the skill should have cooldown at first place?
There is node on the skill which gives movement speed when the skill is used but does not work.
I really enjoy the skill but the 6 seconds cooldown on it is killing all the fun.
