Used this skill talent in witch it makes several missiles/grenades instead of 1 and then it will have a cooldown and it worked fine. then in middle of expedition it changes to firering only 1 missile/grenade per cast with no cooldown at all and at a much higher rage cost than before. skill is not unuseable with this talent enabled
