Saw the patch went live and immediately tried to do a life leech double force shield Time Weaver/Abyssal Shaper build. Pretty sure the combination of applying ailment stacks to myself and the reflective damage of Juggernaut one shot me. Happened every time I activated Juggernaut with the Crushing Wall modifier. This doesn't happen when I don't have that modifier equipped.
