Accursed Blade is the rune from Mark of Impurity that adds 10 cursed stacks. I'm trying to combo it with Occult Affliction (passive to increase damage on target based on cursed stacks) but it doesn't seem to be making ANY difference in the damage aside from the increase you would normally expect on a target afflicted with MOI.

Also, there is no cursed icon on top of the target's head when I use MOI on it. I thought it could be due to the fact that MOI's icon might be covering it, but no, if I curse a target by other means, I can still see the cursed icon behind the MOI icon.

So... is it working?
