Previous descriotion: Effect: Weakness and Shock on enemies.
Current description: Adds a Weakness Chance Score to this skill.

Sad. No more Shock ailment.
However, the Ailment: Weakness Chance number didn't change when I select this modifier.
At least make it functional if you wanna nerf it.
