Each skills should have synergy with other bunch of skills.
Because when we hit level 80 all our main skill are on high level. So if you add synergy to not used skills to boost a little our main skills this would be very nice and would give perspective and things to do.

I agree completely. Some skills like Phantasmal Blades do not mesh with other skills at all.
