With this new 4th act main city. Allow a NPC with a lot of projects to level and one of them we will make expeditions on new city to level the apocalyptic specialization project where we improve and customize our apocalyptic form. This way each player will have a different use for it.

Make some projects and gems on this new city to add status to each gear which boost just apocalyptic form. Example: Apocalyptic boost in armor: +20 speed / +50% resistance for ground effects for 5 seconds after apocalyptic expires / +30% force shield for 10 seconds after apocalyptic expires etc.
