Balance player health vs boss burst damage


First of I want to say I love the game so far, I have waited a long time for something like this. I am aware the state of the game will not be the same on release, especially since we are locked at Act 1 and lvl 20. Still I think it's good to give feedback concerning the current state.

With that said on to my issue. To me there simply needs to be a balance adjustment between player health and boss burst damage. Only on my 30k hp tank (force shield converted with any flat + % hp stacking) can I survive any burst. That is at the sacrifice of any damage I originally had, to reach this amount of hp with enough resistances.
Since the chest that converts Force Shield to Health makes all attacks apply weakness I can be useful in a group to debuff everything with spinning and blocking, but other than that my character is a pure bag of meat, and only exist to revive my friends when they are down.
On any of my other characters I have not even been close to 10k hp without sacrificing a substantial amount of damage and/or resistances.

Currently on my 30k hp tank I've had bosses hit me for 15k damage (instantly applied,not channel or dot) when I've had 50-60% in all resistances. This is in party with a friend since my clear speed is at the level of a sloth race.
Still, this means that all my other characters easily can be one-shot as long as I don't dodge certain boss skills every time they are cast. The damage of these skills are in my opinion simply overtuned compared to the survivability we have (without sacrificing too much damage output).

To sum it up, "dodge or die" to this degree is not a good place to balance a game like Wolcen in my opinion. For certain skills and or boss mobs it is ok, but in my opinion there is too much of it here.

As a side-note I can mention that the only way I've found to get out of the dagger stabbing Soul Spawns one shot channel (without your friend helping) is by putting out a turret before and it will cancel the channel. Either the turret should not be able to do this, or you should have some other way to escape. The turret is already too strong, adding this effect on top is just absurd.

Well to be fair it makes it more interesting ...learning bosses behaviour and mastering your skills....but I do agree it could be balanced a little.

It makes it more interesting in some cases. For me the telegraphing in some areas is really hard to see and makes it frustrating when not playing full tank because of my red-green weakness. Is there a way to change the color of the telegraphing areas?
