Agreed BUT at least the passive trees need to work and be balanced before they work on new content. because then they would have to balance or debugg the new content and they cant do everything at the same time, sadly.

I agree, once they have the game in a stable enough state. They are still along way from that.
All the passive nodes need to be fixed and not masively over powered.
Most disconnects need to be fixed.
All monsters need to function as intended and be targetable.
And all the other game breaking bugs.

Then the game is in a releasable state, so then they should work on other minor bugs and new content.

If the base is not good / doesn't work great, new content is useless. I 100% agree with their decision.
