I know that there are Unique items that allow sacred spell to be use.

But can we get more of this kind but make it "rare" and "legendary" tier,
and instead of Sacred spell or Lighting spell, make it into random specific skill.

example:
A staff with "Juggernaught" skill
A Heavy helm with "Aether Jump" skill
A Sorcerer robe with "Bulwark of Dawn" skill
A Greatsword with "Avenger Autoturret" skill
