So. I was wearing the armor on the right of this picture:

Put on the armor on the left. One of would assume I'd gain 1,200 HP from switching right? Nope, it gave me 200 hp...
Logged out, logged back in swapped multiple times. Nope still 200 HP. Is this game in beta still?

This is quite interesting as i used those gems for a while myself and never encountered the same issue.
Maybe it is THIS SPECIFIC gem that bugs, try out some other type?

Just encountered this issue with two chest armors:
1. innate 769 force shield (sorcerer) and 3 +250hp gems
2. innate 984 hp (bruiser) and 2 +250hp gems
For some reason, the first one is giving me 750hp more. They have no other stats that influence hp pool.
