I mean, that legendary weapon you have there is definitely not a lvl 41 items. Those stats look like the max values you get once you're into the 60's so not sure what you're asking exactly?

It is weird though it will let you equip that at lvl 41 but I don't see how that's a problem.

I'm running level 55 expeditions right now and also experiencing the same thing.. everything dropping says Lv. 41. I'm not keen enough in knowledge of stats to know that the stats might be right, but the levels aren't... i dunno. Hell i got a level 35 unique today too. A legendary belt drop i got today was level 50, but that was the highest "level" item I got. Everything else is 41.
