I am playing an archer. Now I would like to cast the heal speal once in a while, but I need to equip a Katalysator.
Is it possible to have two weapon layouts (and quickly swap between them) or to equip something besides the bow?

Not soon, but considered in the future.
In the meantime, perhaps you can find a player to trade with, who obtained a Bow with the affix allowing you to cast Bulwark of Dawn through the Sarisel challenge ;) That would allow you to do that.
