basically every weapon in the game is a rage regeneration and only staff are willpower regeneration but for some reasons it only drops every other items beside staves. this made me realise that willpower regen weapons are lacking cruely so why not provide a 1 handed wand to enable more possibilities to builds? wizard should have the choice between staff or wand in my opinion.
