The unique hammer Soulban (from German Seelenbanner) adds 23% chance to all status effects.
But in the description it only shows 80% to frost (which only adds 63%).

Am I missing something or is this wrong?

Same for legendary Brestplate. It says "7 Anger per Hit", but it does not show this in the list at all. But if I add "Bloodtear Bastion" it shows the "21 Anger per Hit".
