the equipment is lvl 10 req, but Ilvl can be whatever....

Im really really wanting that belt, but it seems like i keep finding good belts and uni's & legends for every build , but mine. And I just tried to roll the right sock types for my chest n pants . took all my gold and neither one of them got it. its extremely difficult now for the people who took their time to level and didnt abuse bugs and glitches to obtain a rediculous sum of coin, and item dupes.
Im just really struggling. But the playthrough the Story was pretty enjoyable.
