First of all, your English was basically perfect until you said bad English, so don't beat yourself up, haha.
Anyway, I am wondering what the item level (in the top right of the item) of both Abolition Acts is (as well as your character level)? Also, you mention having a 600 DPS legendary, but what DPS is the new Abolition Act showing at? When trying to look ahead for my character, I was planning on using the Abolition Act (and happen to have one now though my character is lower level), so it would be helpful for me to know what I am headed for. Plus, it could somehow be that your new Abolition Act just doesn't match your character level (though I am not sure how), which would explain the low damage.

Yes it seems that they manage to waste their time....another time. The new tier is just ridiculous for what i've seen. I wonder how it is possible to make 2 time such an error...Just unbelievable!

Man, I would definitely think that item level would make the damage go through the roof. It seems like an oversight to me (unless your other weapon just happen to roll every amazing damage affix and roll).

And you can't still put some sockets on them, unless they come with it normally
