You could add notable/keystone type nodes in-between each tier of ring and section. The notables would change depending on each tree linked within it. You could also even add like an Uber node beyond the outter wheel that changes depending on the one-two linked notables in that area/pie slice. This would make the way you rotate and what sections you linked a lot more impactful instead of the decision making behind it only really being about efficient routing.
