You are correct, you need a base dodge score which can be found only on equipment. I've found quite a few, but this should be standard on rogue gear if they want to leave it as gear only imho.

To add to this feedback I also want to state that Passive Dodge as a mechanic is very boring and unloved compared to block when you look at the skilltree. The only Passive Dodge related mechanics I find that are making dodge more viable is the Covert Operative node and the Salvatory Anchor with a Rogue Chest piece. The latter is such a fun mechanic to make also hybrid life/force shield a thing. I wish there were more of these kind of build-around things when it comes to dodge.

One suggestion would be to maybe buff something like Infinity Blades in relation to passive dodge (a long with increasing damage scaling obviously). Also, there are very few buffing skills that gives bonuses to dodge compared to dodge.

this considerably limits the possibilities and forces us to move only towards one of the 4 classes without being able to make a hybrid.

Could the devs speak about this subject and clarify it, and share with us their attention regarding this redesign since beta plz ?
