Just unlocked this skill and am using the Turret and Railgun, but it seems this passive is not working as I do not see any extra projectiles being shot. If this is true than does this mean I am just taking a reduced damage on my projectile skills for no bonus? Also, what effects the damage/attack speed of the turret? Is there something in game that lets you know how to scale its damage/attack speed? As for the Railgun, does attack speed decrease the charge time for the skill? Very hard to follow progressing a character when things don't make sense or have any information as to how damage is scaled for specific things in the game. Thanks for any feedback!
