I am not sure if I am just building my character wrong but I'm trying for a Rouge and I'm getting as many dodge nodules and my dodge chance is about 6% any advice on if I'm doing it wrong or is the dodge mechanic in need of some minor tweeking>

Hi, you need flat dodge chance score on your gear to have a high dodge % overall, passives are only increasing your score from your gear, so if u have 0 dodge chance score on your gear then u will not gain much
