Fatal Pact Passive - Two parts not functional.

Hello! Just posting here to get it out there that two parts of the Fatal Pact Skill appear to not be working, and some of the other functionality of the passive is a little clunky. The Curse and Weaknes Ailment Clear buffs do not appear to be triggering.

Curse- When watching your resistances if you clear curse they do not increase at all, they stay steady, so unless the buff is hidden it is not working, you are just straight cursing yourself for no benefit.

Weakness - When clearing weakness I can not see any increase of the damage of my attacks, it could be the fact that as the stacks do not roll over cleanly it could be that getting new weakness stacks is just reducing my damage so much that the +30% damage increase is just not noticable at all. So this ends up being a net damage loss because of continually applying weakness to ones self.

On the stat sheet you can see your movement speed go up with the Statis clear and you can definitely notice the heal from the DOT ailments being cleared.

On the whole there are some functional problems with this passive, the fact that you are constantly applying the stacks means that these bonus's do not feel big enough to offset constantly getting stacks of these ailments. I cycle through Statis extremely fast, but I still feel the speed reduction to attack speed and cast speed pretty sorely while it is active. The exception to this would be the heal though, it feels very strong even while having the ailments tick on me.

I could see two possible fixes here, either the buffs need to be much more powerful, (except the heal, that seems strong enough) or once you activate the buff you become immune to the effects of the ailment.

I think becoming immune to the effect but still being able to apply it to yourself would be the better option. That way you don't have to super buff the effects, there is a vulnerable period while you are first getting the buffs running, and the passive becomes attractive as a way to deter negative effects of the ailments. This would also make it an interesting take on builds that work just with DOTs as they could become immune to certain ailment dot types, offering in an interesting defensive bonus to the tree.

P.S. As a side note, the range on other people getting the buffs is a little low, 4m in game seems like they need to be pretty close, that might be a nice quality of life change.

Wow you reported this a week and 2 days ago and its still not hot fixed? Im stuck because I cant respec due to no money and I cant kill because I just die... Horrible bug...

I'm bumping this because Mentalfrost's post is still accurate, i also noticed that the buffs that should be gained from curse and weakness are not functioning. Movement speed updates in my character's details and the healing is self-evident, but the damage and resistances buffs are not shown in details, so it's safe to assume they are not working.
