Health regenerated per point of Rage/Willpower spent

The Unique shoulder armor called Envoy of War has a unique passive that I would think would make a great passive node

"+7% Health gained per Rage point Spent"

It could be modified to apply to both resources and be a flat number, this way its not replacing the item's passive, but it still works within the tree. It'd be something along the lines of:

"+5 Health gained per Rage/Willpower point Spent"

Of course the number would change, and you could possibly scale that off something else. Possibly make the flat number based on a percentage of a main stat?

Anywho, I figured this would be worthy of posting as a suggestion. What do you guys think?
