Yup same here, when it actives i can immediately see a huge boost in attack speed, but that is like once per two hours or less.
Shame really, also that talent (spark smth) that gives you new resource that increases dmg of devices / lightning dmg spells attacks doesnt do anything

yeah, noticed this as well. Per my observations, sometimes it works throughout a character level, then after u level up, it doesn't trigger anymore.

It's mind boggling, this issue is still not fixed, you took time to pull 5 nerfs on a single skill but you leave this out of your patch ? What a freakin JOKE,
There's so many passive that don't work at all or not correctly ( wrong formulas ) it's completely mind boggling, there's a lot of terrible game launch out there but Wolcen is about to be among the great ones.
