Hi guys. Im confused with this passive skills. im trying to learn skill ( have 1 point to spend) when i click on skill it lights up just a little but there is no connection from preview skill and suddenly i got -1 talents. i click agree nothing, cancel nothing only "x" button work. then i hit next level and from -1 points i have 0 points. it means i can add passive only every 2 levels? can some on explain it to me plz? thx
