The passive skill "Omnitempest" should grant 7%~10% chance to trigger an extra skill and 10%~15% if "Precarious Flesh" allocated
but it is extremely hard to even just trigger 1 extra skill from over 20 cast of Thunderstrike or Arctic Spear
I have often spent over 3000 willpower and yet not trigger it once
It doesn't looks like 15% chance but more like 1%~3%
I feel its completely useless even in a high cast speed elemental mage build since it dose not trigger consistantly
