Hey all
I have found a weird bug with Plaguebringer - Toxic Emanations
It seems to stop working after you use "R" ability or after you get downed.
In order to fix this, I have to log inn and out of the game and then it works again. very annoying.
Has anyone els seen exactly when Toxic Emanations stops working?

can confrim. it also stops working after every cutscene and when going to the next level of an expedition. Would advise dropping it from your build for now. feelssadman
