When it comes to ailment stacking with the max 10 stacks i have (default) can i have something like 4 stacks of rend/bleeding and 2 stacks of poison? currently doing material damage only with rend and toxic on my weapon.
Also does Power of the first Men apply as well to ailments afflicted by Sacred Oath (apply weakness when blocking)?

Yes, each type of ailment has its own independent stack counter up to the maximum you can have via passives. So you can ultimately have 30 stacks of poison, 30 stacks of rend, burn, shock etc...all dealing dmg at once on a single enemy, provided you're using the right combo of skills/dmg type.
The Cabalist tree has lots of options to increase frequency of stack applications and a special node that lets attacks/spells add 2 different ailment types.
