This passive is adding insane amounts of regen. Seems be adding 10% health as health regen.
I have 16,989 Health and each point adds about 1700 health regen

They are going to "fix" it next patch. It will become 0.1% per point.
The way it currently works is (I will give the example at 10 points):
- It checks your health. Then it adds in all the HP modifiers from the tree and that's your regen
- Lets say you have 10k life and +70% life from the tree, you end up with 17k life and 24k regen
