The passive point "Which Time Cannot Heal" in the Time Weaver section of the passive tree has been nerfed so hard, it has to be a bug. before the last patch it would echo damage by 100%, now it echos damages by 10%. It's so pitifully bad, it has to be some kind of error. If it's not, why was this node nerfed to a tenth of its previous power?

Pretty much all of the nodes that doulbled/trippled DPS was nerfed but yeah, there are small nodes that give 10% elemental damage and since passive bonuses are now multiplicative with attribute and gear bonuses so those 10% damage nodes have an impact. Which Time Cannot Heal should be around 20-30% in this new system.

It's not a very good node but the area fullfill the same role as before with the 2 +5 max stacks still beeing there. The Middle notable is still very strong for high regen/resist builds(as it is a very big ehp gain for those) and the 2 others are still at least adequate power level wise of aether damage or occult damage focused builds in general.
