Since there is no story-related feedback and suggestions thread, let me open this discussion.

it feels really bad, playing through Act 1 to 3 and then seeing that "to be continued" screen once again. since you were pretty early announcing that there will be a content patch coming 2020, i pretty much assumed, that this would include the "missing act 4", as you still promised it to be in the game, as the story's end / conclusion. the point is, technically speaking, the player bought a game which includes 80% of content for a 100% price. (numbers are pretty much metaphorical) - and even 1 Year after the official release, you didnt really improve on that, but besides putting another feature in the endgame mode causing new bugs, since the internal testings seem lacking.

however... what are the plans for the act 4? is it coming? when? how is your progression on it? being transparent would be really positive. GGG can easily communicate with their player base if they fucked up something. its just human. and i totally get making mistakes. but having no communication feels bad.

please consider creating some sort of a public roadmap for the upcoming year, so the playerbase (or at least the ones you have left) know what to expect and what not. and also changing up / consider to change the priorities for the game. putting in newer content without proper testings will result in bad experiences for the players as you pretty much should have learned from the release of the game and from this leagues patch as well. i dont see a reason why you keep doing the same mistakes over and over again, while the product itself is not as bad, as you made it while releasing it in the states it were. sorry if that soudns harsh, but i feel like, it needs to be said.
