When you get a quest reward and have a selection of items sometimes there is nothing you really want and will instantly sell what ever you pick anyway.
If you were to add text, say next to sell value or something, saying if the skin was locked that would help with deciding what to pick. Looking like a badass when slaughtering monsters is important.
