1.1.0.9 - Attacked by boss after its death

Some expedition bosses give me nightmares while some other are very harmless and easy to kill.
But with some modifications any boss can be super deadly.
And they easily can kill you after getting killed because their attacks do not disappear.
I dont know if that is what it suppose to be but i think beating a boss should end ANY of their skills/attacks/lasers/fireballs whatever.
I would go a step further and would let ALL enemies in an expeditio disappear but thats not that critical.

Its very frustrating getting killed after reaching the expedition goal because you click one sec to early on your loot and forget about the effects in the area.
This does not come with a "git gud and play focused" thought. Its simply annoying.

If I understand you correctly, you want all effects to subside from a boss at the immediate point in time that it is killed? So if the boss casts a skill with AoE just as it dies, you cannot wait the few extra seconds to jump in to claim their loot? I don't know of another aRPG that does that. I get that real time skills that are casted attacks should be done upon their death.

Well it depends on the situation.
The big dragon boss for example. It happens that you have to avoid several fireballs the dead dragon is shooting to you. That aint make sense, looks stupid and is pretty dangerous.
I do not complain about burning areas on the ground which has allready been there. I understand to avoid them and being patient to wait till they are gone.

Boss modificators are the same problem. I dont have the exact name of the mod in my mind right now but there is a mod which applies whirling axes arround the boss. By killing the boss and see the boss disappear should remove the flying axes/blades whatever.
