Changing to "offline mode" when timing out

I think it would be cool, if you guys would make a automatic change to offline mode when you got a timeout.
Was in an expedition and got timeouted because my internet resets at 2.30am everyday.

So could you make an automatic change to offline mode (even in expeditions and mandates) or like some saving feature that saves that expedition and you can continue doing the things you have done before the timeout instead of ragequitting :D (i ragequitted that time haha)

But anyways I already played 28 hours of WOLCEN and got it like 3 days ago and I love the game so far. :)
I even recommended it to a friend of mine who will get it tomorrow. We are so hyped to play together. ^^

First of all, thank you for the kind feedback, glad you like the game. :-)

Being completely transparent with you, it is not possible to save an online character in offline no matter the context.
Regarding saving expeditions, this is not possible, at least for now, they are meant to be done in one go, I would simply suggest to not launch an expedition or a mandate around the time your internet resets.

Yeah, nice. Luckily I have lots of other good games like Witcher 3 to finish. Plus Divinity: Original Sin 1 and 2. And then there is Baldur's Gate 3 comin out soon...
I'll just come back to Wolcen when I am not locked out of the game, bc my internet service provider has connectivity issues.

Suggestion: Just let me copy my online hero to offline use.

Maybe go ask Runic Games how they implemented in Torchlight 2 a seamless transition between single-player and multi-player without confusing their player base. So many tool tips at the start of the game. Maybe add a notification in the menu so that everyone knows whats up, before rage quitting and/or stop playing the game at all.
