Creating a new character

When you create a new character it should be an option to create it from lvl 1 or from lvl and excact story/champion point when our strongest character is. Because if we want to create a fews builds we need to reset each time passive tree, rotate it, and its hard to go back to the previous point. Different build on the different character, easily achievable, it will really help.

No... takes the fun out of leveling and building so i would not hope of that being ever implemented in a ARPG if i were you.
But actually, in OFFLINE mode, nothing prevents you from doing just that i think, just make a copy of your character and give it another name and... voilà! To each his own...

d3 has similar system and it works fine, paragon points are moved to another chars, but since the endgame is for wolcen leveling it could be the same thing with levels
