Edric's company is a disaster

Dear Wolcen Studio,
I beg You to do something about the gamepart in Act I when Edric joins the player and "helps" to the player through a few maps. My favourite (for now) map is the Green Bluffs, beautiful grapx, great music, everything is wonderful... But what Edric is doing is so annoying that his behaviour kills the experience totally. I would be happy, if the player could have to choose when meet Edric to join the player, or just meet at the camp after the Green Bluffs.
The problem for me is Edric's continuous charge-skill use when he charge at the enemy and shouts. That shout is repeating and repeating and repeating every 5 or 10 secs and so annoying that my thought during this part is just to get finished the exploring together as soon as possible.
Edric does not care whether the approaching enemy is a little spider, or it is a group of enemies (when his charge would be required). It would be good, if Edric used his charge only when the enemy group is overwhelming. And not on EVERYTHING what moves a little.
I beg You again dear DEVs! Make Edric's help optional, or make his idiotic constant charge attack rarer, or put in the Audio settings the Volume of Companions (to be possible to make them silent).
Other problem with Edric's help is that his charge kills the players tactics and strategy. I see a nice group of unaware enemies, i make up my thought about which skills will be used in what order to destroy them. We step a few in their direction, i push my skill buttons to attack, but before my attack would landed, Edric's annoying charge with that annoying (repeating) shout arrives earlier, and my attack - which could cost the player rage or willpower, or the using-out of time-delayed skill - arrives to a blank area, because Edric's charge disrupted that nice enemy group.
