I tried editing the actionmaps file to bind it to the grave key (`) but it doesn't work. It shows up as hotkeyed to that in controls but it doesn't actually function as a hotkey. Currently, it would appear the answer is no, it can't be done! I'm curious as to why this is the case.

Edit: you could, though, rebind it using software that would interpret ` as shift, such as autohotkey. I haven't tried autohotkey with Wolcen yet so I can't say if it even works since it can sometimes be a pain to get working with games.
