Improve channeled skills' interactions with major passive nodes please.

Channeled skills (skills that continually activate) don't seem to be playing nicely with some of the major passive nodes. I'm not sure if this game has it's own term for them, maybe archetype nodes?
For example, bladestorm, when used with the unfettered determination modifier, only gives me unleashed fury points (from the flurrying flames node) once upon activation of the skill. It does not give me more unleashed fury points as i keep hitting enemies. Another example is that slayer's flurry will constantly drain overload points (from the static transferral node) while channeling the attack's flurry.
An example of a good channeled skill interaction with an archetype node that i have noticed is that bladestorm, with the unfettered determination modifier, will drain overload points once upon activation, and (hopefully) keeps the effects of the overload points spent while i channel the skill.

I just realised that bladestorm does usually generate unleashed fury points while channeled, i must have encountered a bug earlier that was temporarily preventing it. Or perhaps not all bladestorm hits generate unleashed fury points properly.

Bladestorm seems to only creates an unleashed fury point the first time it hits each enemy, and not on subsequent hits on the same enemy. I think that if bladestorm could generate more than one fury point per enemy while channeling, and generated a point with every hit, it would be an improvement to the synergy between bladestorm and the flurrying flames node.
